Barbara had to say...

I have always loved to read, and have increased the number of books I can read by listening to audio books when I am in the car or doing things around the house that don't require all my attention. I especially enjoy fantasy, science fiction, contemporary and historical mysteries, some paranormal and an occasional foray into another genre.  I also love books with a touch of humor, like Janet Evanovich, MaryJanice Davidson, Louise Rennison, Terry Pratchett, Robert Rankin, Douglas Adams, Robert Asprin, and, of course, Dave Barry.

My husband also enjoys reading as does my older daughter, who is a Junior at Hobart and William Smith Colleges in Geneva, NY. My younger daughter, who is in 9th grade, generally will not read for fun, only for school, except for the Harry Potter books and Manga.

I also enjoy scrapbooking and rubber stamping although I don't find as much time for that as I would like.

Free books with orders from my shelf

Most of these are damaged books but all text is there and readable. Somejust have some light water spotting, others may have some loose pages,or been dropped in a puddle, or missing the cover (or some significant parts of it), or just look like they are ready for their last reading. One is an ARC and is noted as such. The ones with stars (*) don't have anything wrong, they either don't have ISBNs or the ISBN didn't show as valid and I didn't want to list them without it. All are paperback/soft cover books unless noted.Offer only valid with order of paperbacks (due to weight, unless you are ordering multiple books and one is hardcover, then check with me).
